Pasta:

The preparation time for this delicious dish is only 30 minutes. First take a packet of noodles and open it. Now take almost 3-4 cups of water in pan, boil it and add a pinch of salt in it .Cook pasta in this boiling water. Stir it time to time so that noodles can’t stick with one another. Drain the pasta after you checked that it is tendered. Mix it with some tasty ricotta cheese.

Now ready the sauce in another pan, take one cup of water and then add, salt, paper, sauté garlic and beans in it. Cook it for 5 minutes now add the pasta with cheese in it. Again cook it for 5 minutes and serve.

You must try this recipe once as it is very yummy. In order to enrich the taste of this dish you can also add some boiled vegetables in it.

Tropical Fruit Parfait

It is another tasty dish for you and your children as well. This dish takes hardly 15 minutes. First mix the yogurt, lemon juice and pepper. Take a parfait glass and fill the base of it with the drained fruits, now add two tea spoons of yogurt mixtures on it and then add a cup of granola. You need to repeat the same procedure until the top of glass is filled. In order to enhance its taste you can garnish it with sprig of fresh mint.

Banana Shake

This recipe takes only 10-15 minutes. For preparing a yummy shake firs peel off three bananas and then put into a blander machine along with one glass of milk , three tea spoons of fresh cream and two tea spoons of sugar. Now turn on the blander for 5 minutes. Take a glass and pour this shake in it. Serve it after adding crushed ice.
